Dear Father,
I hope this letter finds you in the best of health and high spirits. By the grace of Allah Almighty, I am keeping well here, and I pray daily for your safety, peace, and well-being.
This morning, Saad called me and shared the distressing news of Mother’s illness. I was deeply shaken to hear that she is suffering from high blood pressure. My heart grew heavy with concern the moment I heard this. I sincerely hope you have consulted a competent cardiologist and that she is receiving the best possible medical care. Please remind her to take her medicines regularly and follow the doctor’s instructions without fail.
Here we have letter to father about mother’s health.
As the saying goes, “Prevention is better than cure,” so she must take complete bed rest to ensure a speedy recovery. A gentle morning walk, a stress-free routine, and a balanced diet will certainly work wonders for her health, Insha’Allah. Kindly make sure she avoids salty and fried foods and consumes plenty of fresh fruits, vegetables, and fluids. It would also be wise to monitor her blood pressure twice daily and maintain a proper record for medical reviews.
Father, you know better than anyone that Mother has always been the heart and soul of our home. She rarely rests and tirelessly puts everyone’s comfort before her own. Now that she is unwell, it is our duty to care for her with the same devotion and tenderness she has always shown us. Truly,
“A mother is she who can take the place of all others, but whose place no one else can take.”
— Cardinal Mermillod.
May Allah Almighty bless her with complete health, strength, and happiness and shield her from every worry. I also spoke to my friend’s father, a well-known physician in our city. He reassured me that high blood pressure can be controlled effectively with timely medication and proper care. He strongly advised that Mother must avoid mental stress and physical exertion for the time being. After all, “Health is wealth,” and nothing is more precious than well-being.
I wish I could be at home by her side during this difficult time, but my final examinations have tied my hands. Still,
“Distance means so little when someone means so much,”
And Mother remains in my thoughts and prayers every moment. Please keep me informed about her condition and tell her that I am praying earnestly for her speedy recovery. I shall visit her as soon as my exams conclude.
Kindly convey my warm regards to Grandmother and lots of love to my dear siblings. Please take good care of yourself as well, and do not let worry overtake you. I eagerly await your reply.
Yours affectionately,
X. Y. Z
