I admire your diligence and determination, as you always burn the midnight oil to achieve academic excellence. However, this excessive routine has left you weak, fatigued, and mentally exhausted. While hard work is commendable, it should never come at the cost of your health. After all, “Health is wealth,” and without good health, no success can truly be enjoyed.

“Physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness.”
